Today at the Fresh Grocer we saw lots of items. It was almost the same as the Reading Terminal except for a few things such as baby products and beauty stuff. I noticed a big difference in prices. Also while at the Fresh Grocer i wasn't able to ask no question. There was a lot of name brands. Some produce was not fresh from the field. But i saw fresh meats, seafood, and poultry. Many of the foods was heat and eat that contained lots of salt. Others were already ready for you to eat. Looking at the nutrition labels i noticed that most non organic items contains lost of bad things. Monday, July 19, 2010
