mayor john street

Today we meet former mayor of Philadelphia John Street. Before he talked we were ask to put our name in the hat for it to be picked and you were going to be asked questions. As John Street was being introduced, it seem as though the speech was going to be very humdrum and we expected just lessons being thrown at us. But to our surprised John Street began withdrawing names from the hat and gave out prizes such as money to the names that were being drawn. He continued his speech with several games when prizes were also won. Each game had a purpose to teach us a lesson. The most important lesson I learned was that one who stops to cross stones at ever barking dog we never reach their destination. Meaning if you follow every distraction you will never be where you want to be.
